But all the King’s horses and all the King’s men
Couldn’t put Humpty together again.
Like most children’s nursery rhymes, this one contained a deeper, darker message – a cautionary tale, a reminder to take care. It’s particularly meaningful as we move into the twelfth month of Covid and the continuing worldwide human and financial toll it is taking.
Earth is Humpty Dumpty right now and in desperate need of help. As a matter of fact, each of us personally and in our businesses is teetering on the edge of the wall – we’re all Humpty Dumpty trying to figure out how to keep it together and move forward.
